Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Representative based in Hyderabad, with flexibility to work from home as needed. Responsibilities include driving sales by making outbound calls to prospective clients, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable property solutions, and following up on leads.The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to refine sales strategies and stay updated on market trends is equally important.
Qualifications- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience
- Proven Sales skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to provide Training to clients and team members as needed
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
- Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
