A talent acquisition specialist is responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. They develop and implement strategies to source, attract, and interview candidates, manage the hiring pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience.Key duties include collaborating with managers, analyzing job market trends, and promoting the company's employer brand.
Key responsibilities- Strategy and Planning: Work with management to identify future staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use various methods to find and attract qualified candidates, such as online ads, social media, and professional networking.
- Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they are a good fit for the role and company culture.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Hiring and Onboarding: Manage the offer process and coordinate with HR to complete all necessary paperwork and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
- Data and Reporting: Maintain applicant tracking system data, monitor key metrics, and report on recruitment results.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and regulations.
