Role Description

As an Account Executive at OnboardWorks, you will manage and grow client relationships by identifying their needs and delivering tailored EdTech solutions that support their goals. In this full-time, on-site role located in the Mohali district, you will focus on generating leads, closing sales deals, fostering client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client requirements.

You will also stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Qualifications
  • Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales deals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering compelling pitches and building client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze and understand client needs, providing tailored EdTech solutions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience coordinating between clients and internal teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client concerns promptly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or the EdTech industry is a plus.
