Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter with hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles for internal and client requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Conduct follow-ups with candidates and ensure smooth interview-to-offer process.
• Support offer negotiations and final closures.
• Meet assigned hiring targets and ensure timely position closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or any related field.
• 13 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Fixed salary of 15000-20,000 per month.
