Tibco Senior Operation Engineer

Job Description
Roles& Responsibility:-- Provide 3rd line support to Operations Team on PRD Tickets.
- Prioritize and schedule upgrades on base software and OS as needed.
- Join PRD calls and answer PRD queries where necessary.
- Optimizing and performance tuning Tibco Platform
- Database partitioning, optimization and housekeeping.
- Tibco infrastructure support.
- Support the further development of tools for the Tibco environment(optional)
- Create new environments where required and support 3rd parties with connectivity.
- Where needed provide stubs/ io documentation to relevant teams who consume/require tibco services.
- Where needed provide 3rd line RCA on Tibco PRD issues.
- Development of CI/CD Pipeline(optional)
- Proven experience in Tibco Products – BPM, ActiveMatrixx .BusinessWorks. Tibco Event processing etc.
- Telecom background highly beneficial.
- Proven experience with SSH/TLS Certifcates
- Hands-on experience with protocols such as SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, SMPP, HTTP, DNS HTTPS
- Hands on experience of gateways.
- Hands on experience with Release Management.
- Proven experience with Jenkins
- Proven experience with EMS – setup and Topics Queues etc
- Proven experience updating the Tibco BW Platform
- Proven experience with HAWK, Domain, EMS, TRA, Administrator
- Proven experience with flow limits, heap sizes at core level.
- Proven experience with Loadbalancers - setup and usage
- Proven experience with TLS/SSL
- Proven experience with File systems SAN storage etc
- 10 years of total experience in engineering field at least 5 of which must be within a similar role where Operations plays a significant part
- Proven knowledge and expertise in Tibco Operations
- Familiar with DevOps mentality.
