Job Description
I am looking for a proactive, highly organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to support me in managing day-to-day business activities.
This role requires someone who can stay ahead of tasks, communicate professionally, and help keep business operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups
- Handle email management and correspondence
- Maintain CRM and client records
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes
- Conduct basic business research when required
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics
- Track tasks, deadlines, and action items
- Provide general administrative and executive support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator preferred
- Someone who is proactive rather than reactive
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellence
- Fresher / 1 - 2 years experience
