About Our Client
The client is an MNC in the Textile Manufacturing industry. They are a leading garment & fabrics manufacturer.
Job Description- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and talent retention processes.
- Handle conflict resolution and Employee Relations effectively.
- Handle Industrial Relations and Stakeholder management, including interactions with government bodies etc.
- Oversee performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Lead a team of Factory HRs reporting under you.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate in this role should have:
- 12+ years of experience
- Experience in Textile Manufacturing/ Fashion/ Retail Apparel/ Clothing/ etc (preferred)
- IPO experience (preferred, not mandatory)
- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
- A collaborative and structured work environment in Bangalore.
