The role also involves understanding customer needs, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact, engage, and build trust with clients.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with a results-oriented approach and the ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in Customer Support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote and part-time environment.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
• High level of motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English and/or proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

Salary: ₹19,000–₹23,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives

Requirements:

• English & Hindi mandatory
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO Sales, Lead Generation, or Insurance Sales preferred
• Minimum 4-month commitment required
