Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Sales Executive specializing in Architectural and Corporate Projects. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and strengthening client relationships, and promoting SMK Modulars solutions to prospective clients.The executive will collaborate with design and project teams to meet client requirements, handle negotiations, and ensure successful project acquisition and closure.
Qualifications- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales and client acquisition, ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and exceed sales targets.
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of architectural, interior design, and corporate fit-out solutions, with an understanding of the commercial and industrial project landscape.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills for effective client communication and relationship building.
- Project Collaboration: Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to align solutions with client needs.
- Additional Qualifications: Proactive approach, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and experience in a related industry such as construction or design is advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
