Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system reliability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
Experience in managing and troubleshooting Linux-based environments to ensure high availability and performance.
Strong knowledge of system monitoring tools and techniques to detect and resolve issues promptly.
Ability to automate routine tasks using scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.
Familiarity with configuration management and deployment processes within Linux ecosystems.
Understanding of network fundamentals and security best practices related to Linux systems.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
