Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
Assist junior team members by sharing insights and guiding them through problem-solving processes.
Continuously monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Grafana.
Should have experience in Grafana K6
Experience in configuring and customizing dashboards to visualize system metrics effectively.
Ability to analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of system anomalies.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms to ensure proactive issue detection.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing complex system behaviors.
Capability to work with various data sources and integrate them into comprehensive monitoring solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Grafana.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
