Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media
- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
- Schedule meetings and follow up on leads
- Support the sales team in achieving targets
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Graduate in any field (BBA/MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales
- Knowledge of sales or business development (internship is a plus)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or lead generation tools
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
