Role: CRR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and managing cross-reference data by conducting preliminary analysis, manually mapping unmatched items, and ensuring accurate final uploads.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability of cross-reference information across internal systems and in deliverables provided to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Utilize SAP to consolidate, cleanse, and validate data, driving more reliable and precise outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with Supervisors and Leads across US and Pune offices, following guidance to deliver high-quality results.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research, compiling and structuring competitive intelligence to support Medline's cross-reference programs.
• Consistently meet established productivity targets and quality benchmarks as defined by the Division.
• Foster strong working relationships within the team, contributing to a collaborative environment that supports the achievement of shared goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must have:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a science discipline such as B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2-4 Years Experience with product-based research and competitive analysis, preferably in healthcare
• Proven ability to extract and interpret data from diverse sources, conducting detailed analysis to ensure accurate cross-references.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams, delivering clear and concise messages to internal and external stakeholders for alignment and clarity.
• Strong analytical skills combined with healthcare market knowledge, enabling effective root cause identification and solution recommendations.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas, requirements, and technical information clearly to both onshore and offshore team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and data organization.

Good to have:

• Experience with SAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex problems and effective resolutions.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Working Hours:

1. 30 am to 7.30 pm daylight saving.
2. 30 am to 8.30 pm non daylight saving.
