Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective fixes.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to enhance service quality.
Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes.
Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to identify defects and performance bottlenecks.
Familiarity with scripting languages to create and maintain automated test scripts.
Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose complex software issues and recommend solutions.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
