• Lead end‑to‑end SAP and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage complex, high‑visibility programs involving multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance across the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and expectation management at all levels.
• Mentor junior project/delivery team members and ensure delivery excellence.

• 7+ years of IT Project / Delivery Management experience in digital initiatives.
• Hands‑on SAP project experience with strong working knowledge of at least one SAP module.
• Agile and Scrum delivery experience, including Agile ceremonies and execution.
• Experience managing large, long‑duration, multi‑team projects.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills in fast‑paced environments.
