We are now looking for an Operations Executive who can bring structure, accountability, and efficiency to our daily operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant based in Hyderabad. The Operations Assistant will support daily operational tasks, assist in the management and monitoring of workflows, maintain records, and ensure effective communication across teams.

The position involves coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization while addressing customer service needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Coordination
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for order processing and dispatch
  • Ensure timely fulfilment and minimal dispatch errors
  • Track daily shipments and escalations
  • Monitor inventory movement and stock updates
Customer Support Management
  • Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and DMs
  • Resolve delivery, exchange, and refund concerns efficiently
  • Maintain a high standard of brand communication
  • Track recurring issues and suggest system improvements
Vendor Management
  • Coordinate with courier partners and logistics vendors
  • Follow up on delays, RTOs, and lost shipments
  • Maintain clear communication with manufacturing partners if required
Returns & Data Management
  • Maintain structured Excel sheets for returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Track RTO percentages and operational metrics
  • Prepare weekly reports for founder review
  • Identify patterns and operational leakages
You Should
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in operations or backend coordination
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Be comfortable with Excel and data tracking
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be proactive and solution-driven
  • • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
