Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Knowledge Transfer (KT) Lead / Business Analyst / ServiceNow Trainer with expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC and strong Arabic & English communication skills to support training, business analysis, user adoption, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
What You'll Do- Deliver ServiceNow IRM/GRC training to business users, administrators, and stakeholders.
- Lead Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and ensure operational readiness.
- Create training materials, user guides, SOPs, FAQs, and process documentation.
- Gather and document business requirements, BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and UAT activities.
- Support change management, user adoption, and post-go-live enablement.
- 4+ years of experience in Training, Knowledge Transfer, Business Analysis, or ServiceNow Consulting.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules (Risk Management, Compliance, Policy Management, Audit, TPRM, BCM).
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience creating training content and functional documentation.
- Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Risk & Compliance, CIS-BCM, CIS-TPRM).
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, LMS platforms.
- Experience working with Middle East clients, Banking, Government, Telecom, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
