Zonal Sales Head – FMCG Industry
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Beehive Farms is looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Head from the FMCG / Food & Beverage industry who can lead regional sales operations, distributor management, channel expansion, and market growth across assigned territories.
The candidate should have strong experience in General Trade (GT), distributor network development, sales execution, retailer expansion, and regional team handling within the FMCG ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead zonal sales operations and drive regional business growth
- Handle distributors, super stockists, and retailer network expansion
- Drive primary sales, secondary sales, and market penetration
- Build and strengthen FMCG distribution network across the assigned territory
- Monitor sales targets, team performance, and regional execution
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Coordinate with Area Sales Managers and sales teams for smooth execution
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Ensure strong visibility, retailer engagement, and distribution effectiveness
- Develop sales strategies to improve revenue and regional market share
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage industry
- Strong experience in General Trade (GT), distributor management, and regional sales handling
- Proven experience in handling sales teams, distributors, and territory operations
- Strong understanding of FMCG channel sales and market expansion
- Experience in primary sales, secondary sales, and retail network development
- Strong leadership, execution, and team management skills
- Experience in handling North India regional markets preferred
Education:
MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred
Travel Requirement:
Candidate should be comfortable with regional travel as per business requirements.
