Job Description

Experience : 7- 12 years Relevant PMSDM experience of 2-3 yrs

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager SDM to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to drive cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

× Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management for IT & Non-IT Infrastructure Management, Server management, SAN, Network, Virtualization, Cloud, and Facility Management Services.

× Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Resolve queries related to Cloud migration, Infrastructure – End user computing, workplace technology like active directory, network, hardware infrastructure migration, data centre setup etc.

× Resource Coordination: Allocate tasks and coordinate with various teams to ensure project deliverables are met. Use Agile Scrum Management (or Scaled Agile) to handle multiple projects.

× Prioritise multiple requirements and issues, manage and set expectations of key stakeholders.

× Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address project roadblocks.

× Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and post-project evaluations. Perform regular technological watch on IT & Non-IT aspects.

× Process Improvement: Continuously identify & implement best practices for enhanced project efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

× Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field, along with people management skills

× Managing multiple client with team members

× PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum Master/waterfall/Hybrid project management methodologies.

× Strong leadership, problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal communication skills.

× Minimum experience of managing 3 or more complex projects. Should have exposure/ experience to IT & Non-IT Infrastructure Management, Virtualisation, Server Solutions, Storage Solutions, Managed Services, Data Recovery, Security, Data Centre and Cloud Network.
