Job Description
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for the technology division.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring goals effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the tech industry.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and standards in all recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and meet future talent needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • More than 15 years of experience of working in large scale organisations and have lead TA particularly for technology roles.
  • Knowledge of recruitment practices in the related industry (FS, Banking Captives, IT/ITES, Large scale technology driven organisations).
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition within the technology domain.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve hiring objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
