ChargingAdda is a growing EV charging infrastructure company focused on deploying reliable, scalable, and user-friendly charging solutions for residential societies, commercial properties, fleet operators, and businesses. We work closely with RWAs, builders, facility managers, and EV users to accelerate EV adoption across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive (B2B) who is energetic, field-oriented, and comfortable with on-ground execution. This role involves a mix of site visits, meetings, lead follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to close EV charging deployment opportunities across Bangalore.
You will be the face of ChargingAdda on the ground.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development
- Visit residential societies, commercial buildings, offices, malls, and fleet hubs to pitch ChargingAdda's EV charging solutions
- Engage with RWAs, facility managers, builders, fleet operators, and business owners
- Generate leads through cold visits, references, site visits, and local networking
- Explain charging models (revenue share, paid charging, private/semi-private setups) clearly to customers
- Support deal closures by coordinating pricing, proposals, and approvals
- Conduct basic site assessments (parking layout, power availability, distance, feasibility)
- Coordinate with the operations and technical team for site surveys and installations
- Attend meetings during installation, commissioning, and handover stages
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams
- Reporting & Follow-ups
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and follow-up updates
- Track leads from first meeting to closure
- Share market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / real estate / telecom / infrastructure / EV industry (preferred)
- Comfortable with extensive field work and traveling within Bangalore
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
- Basic understanding of sales process and negotiations
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
