Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) with experience in the Semiconductor/VLSI industry to manage and grow strategic customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to semiconductor engineering services, client engagement, staffing/project-based business models, and account growth strategies.

The role involves managing existing accounts, generating new business opportunities, coordinating with delivery teams, and driving customer satisfaction within semiconductor and embedded engineering domains.

  • Resource fulfillment coordination
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams for faster closures.
  • Identify opportunities for:
  • New projects
  • Staffing support
  • ODC engagements
  • Managed services
  • Participate in client meetings, reviews, and business discussions.
  • Prepare:
  • Account plans
  • Forecasts
  • Business reports
  • Client presentations
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Mandatory Skills
  • 2–5 years of experience in:
  • Account Management
  • Client Servicing
  • Business Development
  • Semiconductor staffing/services
  • Good understanding of:
  • Semiconductor/VLSI ecosystem
  • Embedded systems
  • Engineering services hiring
  • Exposure to semiconductor domains such as:
  • RTL Design
  • Physical Design
  • DV
  • DFT
  • Embedded/Firmware
  • Validation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage customer expectations.
Preferred Skills
  • Existing network within semiconductor companies is an added advantage.
  • Experience in engineering staffing/service-based organizations preferred.
  • Knowledge of contract staffing and permanent hiring models.
  • Exposure to GCCs, semiconductor startups, or product companies preferred.
Educational Qualification
  • B.E / B.Tech / MBA or equivalent qualification.
