Role Description: SITE ENGINEER - INTERIOR PROJECTS
This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role for any site PAN India. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including supervising civil and structural works, Interior fit-out, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating with Internal & External Architects, consultants, and vendors; conducting site inspections; and reporting progress, risks, and issues to the project management team. The role involves implementing quality control procedures, verifying materials and workmanship, and resolving on-site technical queries in a timely manner.
The Site Engineer will also support project scheduling, resource planning, and documentation to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven on-site supervision skills, including ability to manage daily site operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong foundation in Interior & Civil Engineering with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Effective communication skills for clear coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Experience in quality control, including checking materials, workmanship, and compliance with safety and building standards.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma / ITI in Interior/ Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in Architecture, Interiors, or Fit-out projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, site reporting, and use of MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently on site, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
