What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs

Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being.

The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant experience into HR Service or Compliance-heavy role.

This role bridges the gap between traditional HR administration and rigorous compliance. You aren’t just answering "where is my paycheck?"; you are ensuring that every employee interaction meets legal standards and that the workforce is continuously upskilled to meet industry regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities: •Regulatory Compliance Oversight: Act as thepoint of contact to support compliance in service delivery You will ensure that all employee records, onboarding documents, and termination procedures adhere to federal and state mandates.

Audit Readines Lead internal audits of employee files and HRIS data. You’ll be responsible for maintaining "audit-ready" documentation for external regulatory bodies.

Training Program Management Design, coordinate, and often facilitate mandatory training sessions. This includes Data compliance training, process training.

Employee Inquiry Resolution: Serve as the first tier of support for complex employee relations issues, providing guidance that aligns with both company policy and legal requirements.

Employee Inquiry Resolution: Assist in drafting and updating the Employee Handbook to reflect changing regulations and internal shift in best practices
