Job Description

5+ Provide L2/L3 production support for Blue Prism automation processes.

Monitor bot execution, schedules, work queues, and production environments.
Troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
Perform bot maintenance, enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.
Handle incident management, problem management, and SLA-driven support activities.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation and preventive action plans.
Support deployment activities and production releases.
Ensure adherence to RPA governance, coding standards, and security best practices.
