Salary Budget: 30,000 - 40,000 per month plus Incentive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented recruiter with prior experience in Consulting industry hiring for a recruitment agency environment. The role requires strong stakeholder management, client handling capabilities, and excellent communication skills to manage end-to-end recruitment mandates for consulting and professional services clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setup and capable of independently handling client requirements, sourcing quality talent, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Consulting and Professional Services roles.
  • Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking, and database search.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fitment.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions, and onboarding processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ensure quality closures within defined TATs and hiring targets.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
  • Deliver a high level of professionalism in all client and candidate interactions.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Experience working in a Recruitment Agency / Staffing Firm environment.
  • Strong client handling and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
  • Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Profile
  • Experience hiring for consulting firms, advisory, Big 4, strategy, transformation, risk, finance, technology consulting, or similar domains.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment lifecycle management.
  • Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Experience Required
  • 3–5 Years of relevant recruitment experience.
