Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager
to drive client acquisition and manage strategic accounts within the recruitment domain.
The role involves understanding client hiring needs, delivering tailored talent solutions, and
ensuring long-term relationship management to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development
- Manage and grow key client accounts by understanding their hiring plans and
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Ensure timely invoicing and actively follow up on payments to maintain healthy
- Prepare and present monthly performance, revenue, and client reports to
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies.
- Drive revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–6 years of experience in business development or key account management within
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of technical and non-technical hiring requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Experience in handling invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise in driving client acquisition and revenue growth in
- Strong account management skills with a focus on client retention and expansion.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end client lifecycle (onboarding to delivery).
- Strong commercial acumen including pricing, negotiations, and contract handling.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure delivery against client
- Result-oriented mindset with consistent achievement of targets and KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client escalations professionally.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with multiple industry domains (IT & Non-IT hiring).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and recruitment platforms.
- Basic understanding of contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and presenting business insights.
- Existing client network or proven track record of client acquisition.
