Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager. In this position, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential schools
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research, prepare sales presentations, conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Represent Trusity at industry events, establish school partnerships, and contribute to overall business strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in identifying and pursuing leads, as well as engaging in effective sales strategies and negotiations
  • Strong skills in market research, forecasting, and developing actionable business strategies
  • Experience in client relationship management, networking, and maintaining partnerships
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and strategic problem-solving
  • Leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and team coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a business development, sales, or strategic role, ideally within the education sector, is an advantage
  • Familiarity with EdTech products and emerging trends in the education industry is beneficial
