Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building long-lasting relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for market research, customer segmentation, and creating targeted sales strategies.They will also collaborate with internal teams to meet goals, represent the company in client interactions, and manage business partnerships effectively.
Qualifications- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and lead generation
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle dynamic business projects
- Familiarity with the real estate industry or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage
