About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to support the design and execution of swimming pools, water features, fountains, spas, and related MEP systems. The candidate will work closely with the Design, Engineering, and Project Management teams to prepare accurate drawings for construction and execution.
Key Responsibilities:Drafting & Design- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for swimming pools, spas, fountains, water features, and filtration plant rooms.
- Develop:
- Layout plans
- Sectional drawings
- Construction details
- Plumbing schematics
- MEP coordination drawings
- As-built drawings
- Revise drawings based on site conditions and client requirements.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Assist engineers in preparing technical drawings for tendering and execution.
- Verify dimensions and design requirements before issuing drawings.
- Maintain drawing registers and revision records.
- Support quantity take-offs from drawings when required.
- Organize and maintain project drawing folders and documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
- Prepare drawing submissions for clients and consultants.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory).
- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of swimming pool systems, plumbing, and filtration layouts is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- ITI Draftsman / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or related field.
- 0–3 years of drafting experience.
- Experience in swimming pool, fountain, landscape, plumbing, or MEP projects will be an added advantage.
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D software will be an added advantage.
- Timely preparation of drawings as per project schedules.
- Minimal drawing errors and revisions.
- Effective coordination with project and engineering teams.
- Proper maintenance of drawing records and revisions.
Compensation
Experience Level Annual CTC
Trainee / Fresher₹1.50 – ₹1.80 LPA
Junior Draftsman₹2.20 – ₹3 LPA
Experienced Draftsman₹4.20 – ₹5.40 LPA
