About the Role:
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via calls, email, and chat Understand customer queries and analyze issues to provide effective solutions Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Sales teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience Capture and document customer requirements, use cases, and feedback Maintain and participate in generating KBs Ensure timely resolution of queries within defined SLAs Maintain accurate records and contribute to documentation and knowledge base Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Business / IT preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Basic understanding of SaaS / CRM tools is an advantage Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work in client-facing and shift-based roles (if required) Good to Have: Internship or project experience in customer support, operations, or analysis Familiarity with Excel, CRM tools, or basic SQL Exposure to client interaction or presentations More information about this Associate
