At every stage of the production cycle, including incoming raw inventories, active in/-process machining settings, and final finished goods, your main responsibility is to methodically perform structural visual examinations, mechanical dimension audits, and raw material verifications.Serving as the "Zero/-Defect Guardian," you find parts that don't follow exact engineering specifications, separate non/-conforming materials, and stop faulty inventory from getting onto the client shipping port. In order to ensure that our factory output satisfies strict international quality standards, the ideal applicant is a vigilant, mathematically precise, and safety/-conscious specialist who combines practical mastery of mechanical metrology instruments with a disciplined compliance mindset.
Key Skills/: Precision Inspection Tooling Mastery/: Accurately handling, zeroing, and reading high/-precision analog and digital micrometers, calipers, and go/no/-go gauges. Technical Drawing & GD&T Literacy/: Strong operational ability to decipher cross/-section layouts, dimensional tolerances, geometric tolerance limitations, and production blueprints.Defect Recognition & Visual Acuity/: Quickly identify surface cracks, burrs, welding spatter, plating irregularities, or machining grooves with keen sensory and visual attention to detail.
