Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
