Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Candidate ManagementSource candidates using LinkedIn and Naukri.Review and screen direct applicant resumes to assess qualifications.Determine candidate suitability and disposition unqualified applicants in the ATS.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Workday.Applicant Tracking & SystemsUtilize Workday as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate workflows.Ensure timely updates of candidate status and documentation within the system.Interview CoordinationSchedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Coordinate logistics including calendar management and interview confirmations.Join interview kick-off meetings with hiring managers and capture screenshots of attendees for tracking purposes.Team SupportAssist with additional projects and administrative tasks across the Talent Acquisition team as needed.Support process improvements and recruiting initiatives when required.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred.1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition (preferred).Experience sourcing via LinkedIn and Naukri.Familiarity with Workday or other ATS platforms preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Key CompetenciesStrong attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentialityProactive and resourcefulStrong coordination and follow-through skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment
