Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to become a part of our Human Resources team. This internship provides practical experience in recruiting and hiring activities in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. The perfect candidate will be keen to learn, attentive to detail, and have excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sourcing of candidates through multiple channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and more.
• Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates and provide shortlisted profiles to hiring managers.
• Arrange and manage interview schedules.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
• Help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) along with other HR databases.
• Engage in employer branding activities.
• Assist in organizing career fairs and various recruitment events.
• Contribute to different HR projects and initiatives as required.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong interest in building a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
