Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory (Gujarat, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad). This role involves building strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized abrasive solutions.The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve sales targets and expand Dev Abrasive's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Dev Abrasive's products and solutions.
- Manage key accounts by understanding their business requirements and providing tailored abrasive solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to provide insights into market trends and opportunities.
- Network with industry professionals and attend trade shows to build relationships and promote Dev Abrasive's products.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Proven skills in lead generation, account management, and sales strategy development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong networking skills to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support sales efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Adaptability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
