ASM – Area Sales Manager – FMCG Industry

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Beehive Farms is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager from the FMCG / Food & Beverage industry who can handle distributor management, retailer expansion, market execution, and sales growth across assigned territories.

The candidate should have strong experience in General Trade (GT), field sales operations, distributor handling, secondary sales, and retail market development within the FMCG ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle area sales operations and achieve assigned sales targets
• Manage distributors, retailers, and dealer network across assigned territory
• Drive primary sales, secondary sales, and outlet expansion
• Ensure strong market coverage and retail visibility
• Appoint new distributors and strengthen channel network
• Monitor stock movement, retailer engagement, and sales performance
• Coordinate with distributors and sales teams for smooth execution
• Conduct regular market visits and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners
• Execute company sales strategies and promotional activities in the market

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage industry
• Strong experience in General Trade (GT), distributor management, and field sales operations
• Experience in handling primary sales, secondary sales, and retail market expansion
• Strong understanding of FMCG channel sales and territory management
• Experience in retailer onboarding and distributor coordination
• Good communication, execution, and team coordination skills
• Experience in North India market handling preferred

Education:

Graduate / MBA preferred

Travel Requirement:

• Candidate should be comfortable with extensive field travel as per business requirements.
