Hiring Telesales Executives for Home Loans | MyLoanKart | Delhi NCR | Immediate Joiners!

Are you a cold-calling pro with a track record in loans or insurance Join MyLoanKart, your trusted home loan advisory in Delhi NCR (Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad & more), and help families achieve their dream homes!

What You'll Do:

• Make 100+ high-volume cold calls daily to generate qualified home loan leads.
• Pitch loan products, overcome objections, and qualify prospects based on eligibility (credit score, income, etc.).
• Pass hot leads directly to our conversion team for closings – no sales pressure on you.
• Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and basic CRM updates for smooth handovers.

What We Need From You:

• 1-2+ years in telesales (home loans, personal loans, insurance, or banking).
• Strong Hindi/English communication with a persuasive phone presence.
• Basic knowledge of home loan products, CIBIL scores, and RBI policies (a plus!).
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with dialers, Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
• Location- Greater Noida West (work from office)10 am-6 pm. 6 days a week
