Job Description
Hocalwire Labs Private Limited is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our IT team, who can groom into Level 1( Sales Associate) after the internship period based on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
- Stay informed about product and industry developments
- Utilize sales techniques and strategies to close deals
- Good with Communication skills ( Ability to write good emails and converse with clients)
- Strong knowledge of computer software, including operating systems and applications
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Organising yourself and working within a team structure
- Learning Project Management Concepts and Tools like Trello , Agile
- Working with Experienced developers and cross functional teams
- Honing your Coding skills and use of latest tools and processes
- Interacting with Clients for Support related discussions
