Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as US Staffing Sales Executives. This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in international business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing market
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients (Direct Clients / MSP / VMS)
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruiters to fulfill positions
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track sales activities
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BBA, MBA, or any graduate – IT domain preferred)
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
