As a member of the ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the airport.

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in and boarding gates
• Handle ticketing and baggage check-in processes
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient boarding of passengers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures at the airport
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager Requirements:
• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent education
• Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy baggage
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
