As a member of our ground handling team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport.

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
• Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers and handle any inquiries or complaints
• Assist with aircraft pushback and towing
• Conduct safety checks and inspections of the aircraft and ground equipment
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy baggage and cargo
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus
• No prior experience required, training will be provided Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
