Job Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers at the airport.

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Check passengers' tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate
• Help passengers with baggage check-in and handling, including tagging, weighing, and loading onto the correct flights
• Provide information and assistance to customers, such as flight schedules, gate changes, and airport services
• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the airport and its facilities
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure efficient and smooth operations
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by the airport management team Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects
