We are currently hiring for Airport Ground Staff to join our dynamic team.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, as well as maintaining the efficiency of airport operations.

• Greet and welcome passengers at the airport, providing them with necessary information and assistance
• Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and assist with luggage handling
• Ensure that all security and safety procedures are followed during check-in and boarding processes
• Assist passengers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair assistance or special meals
• Handle flight changes, delays, and cancellations, and provide necessary information and assistance to affected passengers
• Coordinate with other airport staff, including ground crew and cabin crew, to ensure smooth and timely departure of flights
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a neat and tidy airport environment by regularly cleaning and organizing the check-in counters and waiting areas
• Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as aviation regulations, to maintain a safe and secure airport environment
• Continuously update your knowledge of airport operations, airline policies, and customer service techniques to provide the best possible service to passengers Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when necessary
