- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance performance and security.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and monitoring tools related to AWS environments.
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning and troubleshooting within cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
- Ability to analyze logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in AWS Administration.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
