Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.
Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution plans.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues.
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting front-end applications across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Good communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
