We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) – AV Sales to drive business growth in the General Trade (GT) channel across the Hyderabad region. The candidate will be responsible for developing the dealer network, achieving sales targets, increasing market penetration, and strengthening brand presence for premium audio-video produc

- kets.Appoint new dealers/distributors and maintain strong relationships with existing channel part
- ners.Ensure availability and visibility of products at retail coun
- ters.Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, pricing, and market tr
- ends.Execute promotional activities and brand campaigns in coordination with the marketing
- team.Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and inventory planning with distribu
- tors.Provide product training and sales support to dealers and retailer s
- taff.Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and forecasting for management re
- view.Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business operations within the terri
- tory.Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales sup
port.
Desired Candidate- Profile

- ustries.Strong understanding of General Trade (GT) sales operations and channel man
- agement.Experience handling dealer/distributor networks in Hyderabad and Telangana market pr
