looking for a Lead/Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python-based backend development to design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and distributed services. The role involves close collaboration with architects, leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with architects, tech leads, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and best practices
- DevOps & Delivery
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Requirements:

Qualifiaction: Any Graduation.
