About The Role

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales and be comfortable generating leads, engaging prospects, and booking meetings with decision-makers in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs and fit.
  • Schedule product demos and discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity updates in CRM tools.
  • Consistently achieve outreach, meeting, and pipeline generation targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach campaigns and messaging.
Requirements
  • 1–4 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development roles.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Software, CRM, IT Services, Technology Products, or Sales Tech companies is highly preferred.
  • Experience selling to US-based customers or working in US shifts is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales tools.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting activities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong learning mindset.

Compensation
  • Fixed Salary:4LPA - 5.4LPA
