Executive - Business Development - EdTech (1-4 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
• Follow up with leads and ensure closure
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
